Steps to Enable Self-Service Invoice Downloads in NetSuite

Step 1: Enable the Customer Center Feature

• Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features
  
  
• Click on the Web Presence subtab
  
  
• Check the box for Customer Access
  
  
• Click Save to activate the feature

Step 2: Configure the Customer Center Settings

• Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
• Select the Customer Center role (or create a custom role based on it)
