The Growfin-NetSuite integration has transformed our accounts receivable management. The automated processes and seamless data flow have allowed us to focus more on strategic initiatives rather than manual tasks.

Using Growfin, the percentage of overdue invoices has dropped from 25% to 22%, overdue dollars have dropped from 20% to 15%, and average days late has been reduced from 10 to about 7 days. Also, our DSO has been reduced from 45 to 30 days.
We have such a rare way of doing our billing and collections. I love how Growfin has worked with us to customize things to the way we need them. The software is user friendly and the Customer Support has been great.

Onboarding has been great. Implementation Manager has been super helpful and been a great partner. Fast responses with quick resolution. We have been asking for a lot of new features and they have been responsive in getting them into the roadmap.

I love Growfin. My favorite feature right now is the DSO calculation, featured on the main dashboard. In our second quarter. we brought in the right amount to make corporate send us a congratulations email.
